Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern the use of this website.
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
1. Operator and acceptance
This website, nbow.io, is operated by Nicolas Gonzalez Albornoz ("nbow", "we") — full details in the legal notice. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
nbow.io is an informational website presenting our AI consulting, research, and automation services, our news articles, and research publications such as the Treatise of Physics. Browsing the site is free of charge and requires no account. Actual consulting or development services are agreed separately and are governed by the individual contract, not by these terms.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not:
- • reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission;
- • scrape the site or extract data with automated tools beyond what robots.txt allows;
- • interfere with the operation or security of the site;
- • use the site for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual property
Unless marked otherwise, all content on this site — texts, articles, research publications, graphics, and logos — is protected by copyright and belongs to the operator or its licensors. Quoting with attribution within the limits of statutory copyright exceptions remains unaffected.
5. No warranty for content
Site content is provided "as is" and for general information. This applies in particular to our research publications: they reflect ongoing work and are provided without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice; verify information before basing important decisions on it.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability for damages arising from the use of this free website is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability — including under consumer protection law of your country of residence — remains unaffected.
7. External links and third-party services
The site links to external websites and loads some resources from third parties (see the privacy policy). We have no control over external content and are not responsible for it; at the time of linking, no unlawful content was apparent.
8. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie transparency policy, which are written to comply with the EU GDPR and with Chilean Law No. 21.719.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website or the legal framework changes. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date; changes apply from publication.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you use this site as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence — including, for users in Chile, Chilean law — remain unaffected.
